WeDoCRM partners with MoneySuperMarket to bolster CRM

We’re pleased to announce that WeDoCRM has officially partnered with leading comparison site, MoneySuperMarket.com, to bolster their talented CRM team and take day-to-day operations to new heights.

As part of our service, we’ll be working alongside Gwennan Rees (Senior CRM Strategy Manager), Danielle Wakeman (Head of Customer Proposition), and the rest of the CRM team, supporting them day to day with multi-channel campaign execution, MarTech optimisation, customer lifecycle journeys, and content marketing.

Our CRM support will include:

  • Support with the maintenance and upkeep of Braze, including the optimisation of current processes and functionality to improve efficiency and output.
  • Email campaign creation, including email creation using HTML and CSS.
  • Creation of new end-to-end customer journey automations, as well as development and optimisation of existing ones.
  • In-app push notification creation and deployment as part of multi-channel testing.
  • Content generation, including copy, images, and graphics.
  • Monitoring of APIs and connections.
  • A quick history of MoneySuperMarket.com

    Founded in 1993 by Simon Nixon, MoneySuperMarket.com has become a household name as price comparison business. Each year, millions of customers compare financial services in one place, including car, home, travel, credit cards, and mortgages.

    They’ve also built a reputation for their TV ads, including the recent MoneySuperSeven series, featuring the one-and-only Dame Judi Dench as the squad leader.
