This role is an initial 12-month FTC with the goal of making it permanent.

About the role:

This is an exciting hire for our agency as we look to grow our business to the next level during the 2022/23 financial year. As a Head of CRM (client side), you’ll work exclusively with one of our biggest clients who are a well known brand, supporting them with their day to day operations and managing the CRM function.

What to expect day-to-day:

  • Run the CRM team at one of our biggest partners, including the WeDoCRM team and an internal CRM Executive (client side)
  • Coordinate day to day activity and operations
  • Get hands on and work alongside the team to deliver campaigns
  • Strategise CRM based on business and marketing strategy and KPIs
  • Manage internal (client) stakeholders and be the go-to expert for CRM

Experience and skills required (important):

  • Minimum 4+ years in CRM, including 2+ years as a Senior CRM Manager or Head of CRM
  • Proven stakeholder management at the highest level
  • Solid technical skills including HTML, CSS and system architecture (tech-stacks)
  • Proven experience managing large customer databases (ideally in the millions)
  • Proven experience analysing performance and metrics and presenting findings
  • Experience working with high-level brands

Great to have (but will not exclude you from fair consideration):

  • Experience working agency side
  • Wider digital marketing experience or expertise
  • Expertise strategising campaigns across omnichannel

About the role:

This is a brand-new hire for our agency as we look to expand the services available to our clients. As our CRM Data & Strategy Specialist, you’ll support the agency and our clients create, implement, and analyse operations. This could range from campaign analysis to complete CRM strategy. Your skills will be fundamental in driving long term value for our partners.

What to expect day-to-day:

  • Support clients with day-to-day strategy and analysis
  • Support relationships with clients and act as their go-to person for strategy and analysis support/guidance
  • Work alongside the CEO to support with business development and onboarding
  • Lead regular partner meetings and present analysis and findings
  • Lend your skills, experience, and expertise to wider teams
  • Play a big part in defining operations strategy, including support with BAU and Automation delivery
  • Work as part of a team during busy periods, supporting with operations and campaign delivery
  • Within 6-months, manage your own client and account

Experience and skills required (important):

  • Minimum 3+ years in a CRM/Strategic data role
  • Experience generating reports and presenting findings back to stakeholders
  • Experience using data to inform strategy to guide/support clients
  • Proven experience building and/or using reporting tools such as Google Analytics, Tableau etc
  • Proven project management skills

Great to have (but will not exclude you from fair consideration):

  • Experience across other marketing disciplines
  • Experience with HTML and CSS
  • Knowledge of both B2B and B2C strategy

This position is fully remote from anywhere in the UK and offers flexi-working options. Must be fluent in English, live within the UK and have the right to work unrestricted in the UK.

Given most of our agency employees are based in London, willingness to travel to the capital every now and then for socials would be greatly appreciated.

About the role:

This is a brand-new hire for our agency as we look to expand the services available to our clients. As our CRM Executive, you’ll be responsible for day-to-day execution of campaigns for our clients. This will include everything from campaign management, to building emails to creating data segments and launching emails. As well as supporting the technical and execution side of things, you’ll also have the opportunity to get involved with some project-based work and marketing strategy.

Technical skills are important for this role – it is key that you know HTML & CSS and are familiar with building and launching emails. You don't need to be a seasoned CRM marketer or an expert on the strategy side, but it's important that you’ve had exposure to CRM marketing and know the basics.

What to expect day-to-day:

  • Building and launching email campaigns
  • Building landing pages
  • Understanding the data structure and building data segmentation
  • Creating dynamic content and personalisation within emails
  • Proofing emails to ensure the highest standard, including checking all links, proofreading copy, and checking mobile/device rendering.
  • Submitting requests for translations into other languages and localising emails for different regions
  • Working with stakeholders to coordinate amends and get approvals
  • Supporting on providing reporting on email performance
  • Resizing images for email using Photoshop or similar

Experience and skills required (critical):

  • Minimum 2+ years in a CRM role.
  • Intermediate/Advanced HTML & CSS
  • Working knowledge of CRM and ESP systems, for example, Salesforce, HubSpot, Zendesk, Responsys, Active Campaign and/or others.
  • Experience building, troubleshooting and optimising HTML email templates.
  • Experience working with data and segmentation.
  • Experience with A/B testing of email campaigns
  • Experience creating dynamic content and personalisation within emails
  • Photoshop or other design tool

Great to have (but will not exclude you from fair consideration):

  • Knowledge of SQL and Javascript
  • Knowledge of Ampscript
  • Experience specifically with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Working knowledge and experience in Google Analytics and/or other reporting tools.
  • Experience building and optimising automation journeys.
