The Challenge

MoneySuperMarket is on a mission to save Britain serious money. They needed additional support within their existing CRM team to boost daily operations and broaden the reach of the offers they were promoting.

Whether it was car and home insurance, broadband, credit cards, travel, or mortgages, the goal was clear: ensure the right emails reached the right audience and showcased compelling opportunities for significant savings.

Our Approach

As part of our insourced service model, WeDoCRM worked directly alongside Gwennan Rees (Senior CRM Strategy Manager) and Danielle Wakeman (Head of Customer Proposition), integrating seamlessly with the wider CRM team. We built and deployed email campaigns using HTML and Liquid, while also creating and launching in-app push notifications to support multi-channel testing. Our work covered a broad range of products and audiences, ensuring each communication was timely, relevant, and on-brand.
