2023 in review
2023 has been nothing short of exhilarating for us! A year of big wins, important lessons and continued positive growth as we work to become the world’s go-to CRM agency.
There’s a saying that “no day in agency-land is ever the same.” Although I’m pretty sure one of our Founders just made it up, still, it sums up WeDoCRM beautifully.
Every year we’re humbled to welcome more and more brands onto our insourced model, and this year saw us welcome the likes of MoneySuperMarket, Quidco, GoHenry and Baltic Centre for Contemporary Art, to name just a few.
One of the highlights of the year for us was our inaugural participation at the Technology for Marketing event, held at the ExCeL London. As an agency born at the start of the pandemic this marked our first event where we showcased WeDoCRM to the world, and even made their Top Ten Must See list. It marked a significant milestone for us – not only were we finally able to showcase our extensive expertise, but it also gave us the opportunity to connect with industry leaders and enthusiasts from organisations of all sizes.
The energy, laughter, and meaningful, yet sometimes awkward, conversations at the expo fueled our passion for discussing all things CRM. It was a great opportunity to strengthen existing relationships and forge new partnerships. We are delighted to announce our attendance once again in 2024. Our relationship with one of our original clients, international payments provider WorldFirst (part of Alibaba Group), is still going strong and 2023 has seen our scope of support expand to international territories, including the US and Asia. It’s a relationship that very much spawned our insourced model.
2023 also proved to be a year of increased CRM and MarTech implementation and optimisation. Perhaps the sharp demand finally means CRM is getting the respect and support it deserves. We’d like to give a special shout out to Baltic Centre for Contemporary Art, who became our first not-for-profit client – they’re MarTech stack rebuild project will hopefully see 2024 become one of their best years yet as they continue to support the arts.
As well as working with some great new clients, we also saw our team grow as welcomed talented new clan members to the agency.
As we wrap up this bumper year for WeDoCRM, we’re already looking ahead to what we hope will be the best year yet. We hope to welcome some truly colossal brands onto our insourced model as we continue to champion CRM around the globe.
