Vanessa Mallia is the Head of Growth at WeDoCRM, responsible for the entire customer lifecycle, from acquisition and nurture through to retention and long-term loyalty.
In 2023, Vanessa became a valuable addition to our team, seamlessly taking on the role of Head of Client and Strategy. Her expertise and leadership have significantly contributed to the success and growth of our client-focused initiatives. The feedback has been excellent. Vanessa, with her keen understanding of client needs and strategic approach, has built strong relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty. She has recently been promoted to our Head of Growth and is now responsible for the entire customer lifecycle.
Vanessa’s Expertise
Having overseen various Marketing and PR projects, targeting B2B and B2C audiences, her expertise spans SEO, PPC, email nurture campaigns, multichannel social media management, paid advertising, WordPress, and video content creation. It has been recognised with awards for PR and her social media experiences. And, not just that, she also has worked with the likes of global brands Coca-Cola, Oral B, Lenovo, Motorola, and L’Oreal.

Not only is she just a superstar at work; but outside the office, she transforms into DJ Vanessa Mallia, showcasing her passion for music. Holding various residencies across London and Barcelona at venues such as Tobacco Docks and W Hotel she is dedicated to promoting women in music. Pretty cool right?
