One example of the transformation we delivered was building a streamlined martech stack with Salesforce NPSP at the centre. By connecting tools like Donorbox, Xero, Customer.io, Shopify, and more, we gave the team a true single source of truth. This integration not only simplified their processes but also set them up with a scalable, cost-efficient system to power campaigns, donations, and community engagement for the long term.

Dynamic newsletters now automatically send relevant updates – exhibition news for art lovers, impact stories for donors, and member perks for supporters. This targeted approach meant everyone received content they actually cared about, leading to more donors, better retention, higher donations, and stronger community connections. 

Their online presence grew with more website visitors, gallery attendance, email engagement, social media followers, and local recognition. A consistent, strategic voice across every channel boosted visibility and created real excitement in the community.
