About the role:

This is an exciting new hire for our agency, as we look to bring in an experienced senior CRM professional to lead a CRM team for one of our clients on a maternity cover basis for up to 12 months. Whilst this is initially a FTC role, following the successful placement, you'll have the option to join the agency on a permanent basis. We’re looking for someone with proven experience in CRM roles, especially FinTech.

What to expect day-to-day:

  • Lead the CRM function at GoHenry and develop and execute on the global CRM Roadmap which aligns with business objectives
  • Manage a team of two direct reports, the Senior CRM Manager and the CRM Assistant, and ensure they are equipped with everything they need to do their jobs effectively
  • Deliver on all Growth and Onboarding CRM Initiatives inline with GoHenry’s business objectives. This includes but is not limited to the following existing journeys in the US and UK markets, including; Abandoned Cart (SUDO), KYC Pass/Fail, Activation Confirmation & Free Trial Ending Notice, Card Activation Reminders, Meet & Greet, Weekly Allowance Nudges
  • Leverage Customer.io to solution complex business problems while ensuring we are delivering communications to the right customers at the right time
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with teams across the organisation to meet objectives. This includes but is not limited to; Product Domains, Marketing, Operations, Tech & Data
  • Ensure senior stakeholders are informed of all CRM activities as they relate to the broader company objectives. Represent CRM in cross-functional meetings tracking progress on objectives

Experience and skills required (important):

  • 7+ years experience in CRM
  • 3+ years experience in senior CRM roles
  • Expert-level experience using Customer.io (+2 years) to build CRM automations and can confidently leverage Liquid for personalisation. Familiarity with Objects is a plus
  • Confidence in building project roadmaps and has experience scoping automations with technical stakeholders
  • Ideally worked for an app-based company before and has experience with push notifications, SMS and in-app messaging
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience managing a team
  • A solid understanding of GDPR and CAN-SPAM regulations
  • Experience with the US market is a plus

Salary & extras:

This is a hybrid role, with 1-2 days per week in a London office, so candidates must be able to easily commute to Central London.

About the role: This is a brand-new hire for our agency, and one of our most critical so far, as we look to build upon our success and grow the agency in 2024 and beyond. As our Business Development Specialist, you’ll work closely with one of our Founders to manage our day-to-day Business Development and Sales operations. You’ll use your experience and expertise to help nurture relationships and convert opportunities into customers. What to expect day-to-day:
  • Manage Sales and BD operations from our CRM, utilising your knowledge of Sales software to manage and convert Leads into Opportunities, and then into Customers.
  • Work with LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify Prospective clients and turn them into Leads.
  • Send highly targeted, personalised outreach to specific target audiences to promote awareness of the agency and secure discovery calls.
  • Educate Prospective clients on the agency, what it does, the services it offers and why we're so unique.
  • Support one of our Founders build out our Sales strategy and Business Development process.
  • Absorb knowledge and feedback from the client team and turn that into outreach strategy.
Experience and skills required (important):
  • Minimum 3+ years in a BD/Sales role selling services.
  • Proven experience working with Sales CRMs on a daily basis.
  • Solid administrative skills to keep information clean and up to date (critical for Sales/BD ops).
  • Experience writing proposals of service.
  • Experience creating or contributing to Sales/BD processes and strategies.
Great to have (but will not exclude you from fair consideration):
  • Experience working agency-side.
  • Experience in the CRM/MarTech/Marketing sector(s).
  • Experience working across multiple international territories.
  • Experience taking an early-stage brand to the next level.
Our ideal candidate: Our ideal candidate is someone who is passionate about ensuring the growth of the agency and has a proven track record growing brands. Someone would ideally have previous agency experience, knowledge of general marketing and knowledge of CRM. They are proactive, do not want to be micromanaged and can come in with their own fresh ideas about how we take the agency to the next level. They should be comfortable speaking to prospective clients, participating in client pitches, and speaking about our brand via events and other avenues. They would ideally have previous event experience and can help to plan the strategy to ensure success at these events. They should feel comfortable planning out a marketing and content strategy for the agency and working with the operations team to execute this strategy. Place of work: This position is fully remote from anywhere in the UK and offers flexi-working options. Must be fluent in English, live within the UK and have the right to work unrestricted in the UK. Given most of our agency employees are based in London, willingness to travel to the capital every now and then for socials would be greatly appreciated, as well as willingness to travel throughout the UK for meetings and events.
