We’ve just returned from an action-packed two days at the Technology for Marketing and eCommerce Expo at the ExCeL London, and what an incredible experience it was! The event was buzzing with energy, as we had non-stop discussions with visitors, fellow exhibitors, and industry leaders across both the marketing and e-commerce spaces. 

We were so pleased that our stand was booming with a steady stream of wonderful visitors eager to learn more about our latest offerings, innovative solutions and the unsung hero – CRM!

 The competition was fierce, with so many impressive brands showing their new technologies and innovative ways, still, we were proud to be recognised as a must-see exhibitor for the second year in a row and honoured to be named among the top 10 stands to visit!

Many Companies are in Need of CRM Support

One of the standout moments was the success of our CRM Audit Competition, which attracted a large number of participants. It became clear that many companies are not using their CRM systems effectively or correctly, which prompted significant interest in our audit. This competition was a great opportunity for businesses to gain a better understanding of their CRM strengths and areas for improvement. A CRM audit offers valuable insights into how well systems are performing, where improvements can be made, and how businesses can maximise their CRM’s potential to boost customer relationships and streamline processes.

Throughout the event, it became evident that many companies are struggling with CRM-related challenges. We spoke with brands at various stages of their CRM journey, from those unsure of where to start or how to choose the right system, to those who had a solid grasp of CRM but lacked the resources to fully implement their strategy. What was clear from every conversation is that businesses understand just how critical CRM is for their success in today’s competitive landscape.

Businesses were eager to enter our CRM / ESP audit competition

We were blown away by the number of businesses eager to enter our CRM audit competition! Many asked if this is something we offer as part of our regular services, and the answer is – absolutely!

We Were Featured in the Expo All-Stars!

We’re excited to share that our Head of Growth, Vanessa Mallia, was interviewed as part of the Expo All-Stars, where she shared her insights on the most exciting trends in e-commerce and marketing right now and shared her top advice for newcomers in the industry. 

Vanessa’s key advice? Stay curious and adaptable. The eCommerce and digital marketing landscape is always changing, and continuous learning and embracing innovation are vital. Vanessa emphasised the importance of understanding customers and using data to guide decisions. She encouraged businesses not to shy away from experimenting with new technologies and strategies, reminding everyone that we truly believe innovation often comes from taking risks.

Vanessa also highlighted the value of building a strong network.
