We’re excited to introduce Priya Bhanwra! Here at WeDoCRM, Priya brings customer journeys to life, creating engaging campaigns across email and push channels. She works with our leading pet nutrition client and an online delivery service client, focusing on personalisation, data-driven targeting, and insights that drive growth.
Extensive Experience in B2C
Priya has extensive experience in B2C marketing across sectors, including retail, luxury fashion, media, e-commerce, health, wellness, and lifestyle. She has previously held roles at Net-A-Porter / Mr Porter, QVC, Saga Media, Dufry Group, Fenwick, and Harrods, where she built deep expertise in CRM strategy, campaign management, and customer lifecycle marketing.
Her technical skills cover automation builds, workflow optimisation, advanced segmentation, and reporting, and she’s highly proficient in platforms including Adobe Campaign (Classic & Standard), Klaviyo, Salesforce, Sellgient, and Acoustic (Silverpop). One of her standout achievements was redesigning the customer onboarding journey at Saga Media, introducing personalised touchpoints that significantly boosted engagement and long-term retention.
Who is Priya Outside of Work
Outside of work, Priya loves learning new skills and staying active. She’s working on swimming more confidently and enjoys sewing and designing her own clothes. She lives by the motto, “You’re getting close. That’s why it’s getting tough,” which perfectly reflects her persistence and dedication in both life and work.
