As 2025 comes to a close, it’s impossible not to reflect on what has been one of the most exciting, transformative years in WeDoCRM’s journey so far! From scaling our team to forging new partnerships, expanding our services, and strengthening our presence across CRM, education, and tech – this year has been all about momentum.
When we kicked off 2025, we knew it would be ambitious. What we didn’t anticipate was just how much coffee we’d drink, how many “quick huddles” would turn into brainstorming marathons, and how genuinely proud we’d be by December.
Eight New Faces and Infinite Talent
This year, we welcomed not one, not two, but eight brilliant humans to the WeDoCRM family. Say hello to Lara, Hayley, Georgia B, Georgia V (yes, we now have a “which Georgia?” situation, and it’s delightful), Priya, Shannon, Nadia, and Bryony!

Behind every great company is an even greater team, and this year we are so proud to have invested heavily in the people who make everything possible.
Each one brings their own flavour of genius and sass to the table. From strategists to developers, consultants to creatives, our crew has levelled up in every sense. The Slack chat banter has never been better!
One of the highlights of the year was our Summer Social, the first time we brought together team members from all corners of the UK (and even Barbados!) for a proper day of food, drinks, sunshine and laughs. With people travelling in from Wales, Scotland, London and beyond, it was the perfect reminder of how special our growing team really is.
We spent the day connecting in person, strengthening cross-department collaboration, and putting faces to the names we usually see on Zoom.
Research, Reports & Whitepapers: We Put Pen to Paper (Digitally, Obviously)
We didn’t just do great work this year — we documented it, analysed it, and shared it with the world. We got out there (IRL and online!), the stage, the screen and everywhere in between…
From delivering a lecture at Liverpool John Moores University to the next generation of CRM business minds, to geeking out over what’s next in the world of data at Salesforce events and Bloomreach partner days, we learned so much, networked, and probably ate too many pastries.
Our football whitepapers were published in both the UK and US markets, diving deep into how CRM is transforming the beautiful game. From fan engagement to matchday operations, we unpacked it all. You can read them here.
We partnered with Dotdigital on an education whitepaper exploring how schools, universities, and training providers are using CRM to elevate their student experience. You can read more about that here.
Then came the retail whitepaper with Bloomreach, because if there’s one industry that knows the value of getting customer relationships right, it’s retail. We also spoke about the challenges and tips for BFCM during a webinar with the team! Read more about this here.
We collaborated on a webinar with the team at Paperplanes. We came together to focus on building customer loyalty strategies designed for CRM managers and eCommerce leaders. Thanks to the team for having us.
