A global leader in Education has recently undergone a major rebranding effort to showcase its evolution from a traditional textbook publisher to a lifelong learning partner. The Goals:
Our role as the client’s CRM partner was to ensure their rebrand translated effectively across all customer communications, particularly their critical newsletters that reach educators and learners worldwide.
1. Create Consistency: We developed a standardised newsletter template, ensuring all business units could deliver a unified, professional look and feel.
2. Refresh the Design: Our team gave the newsletters a modern, engaging visual update, improving clarity, usability, and reader engagement.
3. Streamline Processes: We implemented an efficient system that allowed teams to quickly build and deploy campaigns without starting from scratch each time.
WeDoCRM’s Strategic CRM Approach
The visual designs for the emails were created by the client’s design team, & our contribution was transforming those static designs into a modular email template system. We built flexible, reusable content blocks such as hero sections, CTAs, product showcases, and footers so the marketing team could quickly assemble new campaigns without additional coding, while maintaining consistent branding.
Educator Newsletter Rollout
We worked closely with the client to build a standardised educator newsletter template that could be used across all business units. This supported the launch of the client’s Educator Newsletter, beginning with the LATAM business unit and later expanding to Europe and MENAT.
Educator Newsletter Redesign
As part of this work, we also carried out a full redesign of the Educator Newsletter to refresh its look and improve engagement. The redesign aimed to make the newsletter more visually appealing and easier to navigate, while aligning with the client’s brand identity.
Modular Template Creation
In addition, we developed modular email templates that enabled the client’s regional teams to build campaigns more quickly and consistently. This modular approach helped ensure smoother campaign creation across regions, while maintaining a unified structure that could be adapted for local needs.
The Outcomes
We were so thrilled to support the client in developing their newsletters into something really special. By bringing together smart design and CRM best practice, we created something that works beautifully for everyone involved, and we couldn’t be prouder of the results.
Now the client has newsletters that look great and stay consistent no matter where they’re sent from around the world. Educators love the fresh new design, leading to better engagement rates, and the regional teams can create campaigns much faster than before!
