WeDoCRM supports lead generation from both new and existing prospects. As well as ensuring new users are on-boarded optimally, we also support the strategy and reconversion of your existing database, to deliver a healthy supply of MQLs that meet key KPI objectives and targets.

Conversion to the Sales Pipeline
Stage #2
Once MQLs are captured, WeDoCRM works with the Sales team to vett the leads according to lead scoring (i.e. the likelihood of a Prospect to convert). Those with a high propensity to buy are then fed to the Sales team for an initial contact.

In the event that the MQL fails to be converted to an SQL, WeDoCRM feed the Prospect into a re-engagement nurture programme to warm them back up.

Once the MQL has been vetted and an SQL is established, the Prospect is then fed in to the Sales Pipeline. A property or tagging system ensures no marketing activity is sent to the Prospect during Sales discussions.

Stage #4
Also referred to as the Sales Pipeline safety-net, this nurture programme is an advanced automation that triggers in the event that a Deal stalls in the pipeline and is no longer seen as active. The Sales Pipeline Nurture Programme works like a safety-net, with the Deal falling into it and being nurture with the goal of passing the Deal back into the pipeline.
